Located on a beachfront site on the north shore of Fire Island, this spacious one-bedroom vacation home features ample outdoor space and a glass enclosure that maximizes the views of Great South Bay.
The first floor living room, kitchen, and media room are both physically and visually interconnected, while the second floor offers more privacy and separation for the bedroom and master bath. A study mezzanine at the top of the stairs acts as a bridge to the master suite and provides a visual connection to the double-height living room and its view of the bay.
The house features skylights in the master bathroom and dressing room plus floor-to-ceiling glazing in every room, creating a feeling of openness and transparency that blurs the line between interior and exterior.
